OCEAN SIGNAL APPOINTS UK DEALERS

Ocean Signal the UK manufacturer of marine communication and safety electronics, showed its product range at the London Boat Show. One of the first dealers to be appointed in the UK, Marine Electronic Services (MES), also showed the product at the London show and reports that strong interest was shown with good orders being taken.

Managing Director of Ocean Signal, Alan Wrigley said, "Since our launch in 2010 we have been focusing on the commercial shipping markets where the full range of SafeSea products has already achieved a high level of pre-orders prior to product availability from our Margate factory in February. London was our first opportunity of showing our SafeSea EPIRB to the UK leisure market and we were greatly encouraged by the response. We have also appointed Navigate Marine Distribution of Poole as the first distributor of our products in the UK, and we will continue to build the Ocean Signal brand in this country as part of a global dealership network"

The SafeSea EPIRB and SART recently achieved full European (MED Wheelmark) and USA approvals, confirming the SafeSea products suitability for the commercial and leisure markets worldwide.
